A bizarre and troubling incident has left a Nigerian pastor in Pretoria, South Africa, reeling after his girlfriend vanished with his lobola money.
Sindiswa Majola, the alleged perpetrator, disappeared along with a man believed to be her uncle, leaving Pastor Michael Obode out of pocket and deeply distressed.

The saga began when Pastor Obode, a prominent figure in Mamelodi, Pretoria, decided to formalize his relationship with Sindiswa Majola by paying lobola, a traditional bride price, to her family. As is customary, Pastor Obode handed over a substantial sum of R150,000 to Sindiswa’s supposed uncle, Bafana Madikizela.
However, suspicions arose when Sindiswa and her uncle abruptly disappeared from the backroom they were renting in Tembisa, Gauteng. Neighbors began to question the nature of the relationship between Sindiswa and her alleged uncle, suspecting that he may actually be her boyfriend.
The sudden disappearance of Sindiswa and her uncle has left Pastor Obode distraught and seeking justice. Determined to recover his lobola money, the pastor has vowed to take drastic measures if Sindiswa does not return the funds.
He expressed his intention to consult a powerful Sangoma, a traditional healer, to intervene and compel Sindiswa to return the money she allegedly scammed from him.
